Bylaws Changes Realign Subwatersheds to Match Major Watershed Streams
Members ratified changes to the Bylaws which reduced the number of subwatersheds from 7 to 3, focusing on the three major streams (Makiki, Manoa, and Palolo) running through the Ala Wai Watershed.
